High-Rise Office Concept
A speculative 40-story office tower exploring a subtle twist in the curtain wall, vertical aluminum fins for solar control, and an articulated podium that returns generous shaded public space to the city. The study tests how a tall corporate volume can address ground-level pedestrian experience while maintaining a strong silhouette on the Riyadh skyline.
