Design Coordination · KSA

Design coordination that turns many inputs into one coherent package.

Façades, finishes, technical notes, and proposal material aligned into deliverables that read clearly and present well.

Design coordination support for architecture and engineering offices across Saudi Arabia. This work is especially useful when a package is visually strong but technically scattered, or technically complete but weak in presentation. The aim is to produce a deliverable that feels disciplined from every angle: drawings, narratives, schedules, and visual material speaking the same language.

What's included

  • Façade studies and detail packages coordinated with structure, MEP, and architectural intent
  • Finishes schedules and material packages arranged for procurement clarity and design consistency
  • Drawing review across disciplines to reduce conflict, repetition, and missing decision points
  • Proposal development covering methodology, technical narrative, relevant project examples, and scope logic
  • Presentation boards, visuals, and submittal-ready documents formatted to professional standards
  • Arabic / English outputs when the package needs to speak to more than one audience

How I work

  1. 01

    Define the package

Identify exactly what must be delivered, who will review it, and where the technical or narrative gaps currently sit.

  2. 02

    Map dependencies

Track disciplines, interfaces, unresolved decisions, and presentation requirements before production accelerates.

  3. 03

    Coordinate and produce

Build the package in the office's language and standards while keeping technical clarity and visual coherence in balance.

  4. 04

    Review and hand over

Complete a controlled revision pass and deliver a clean, editable, decision-ready package.
